Minor Mosquito 2008

The schedule for the Mississuaga North tournament to be held 13-15 June offers some intriguing possibilities. In a competition in which only the group winners can advance, the Blues will feel they have a genuine opportunity to move on to the semi-final stage. The first game may prove the most problematic as opponents, Brampton Royals, knocked us out of a tournament last year on a 13-12 scoreline. Next up is Georgetown who, at the time of writing, are sporting a winning record in the tough COBA association. The ther games against Toronto Playgrounds, a weak tier 2 TBA side, and Windsor Riverside, whom we went 2-0 against last year, apeear easier on paper

---------------------------

The TBA/YSBA interlock league schedule has been released and comprises of 20 games (4 against TBA opponents Etobicoke, Scarborough, and E York and 2 each against our strongest YSBA opponents from last season Vaughan, Newmarket, Thornhill and Markham)

In addition to the TBA playoffs and OBA's (for which we do not need to qualify) there will be a new TBA/YSBA tournament in mid-August
